Who we are

Q1 Professional Services LLC ("Q1 Pro", "we", "us") is a company based in Burnsville, Mississippi. We do instrumentation and control work for industrial plants, and infrastructure and testing work for telecommunications companies. This page explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the terms for our tank level alert text messages.

Information we collect

Information you send us. If you contact us, we receive what you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and message.
Alert list information. For the tank level alarm, we keep the mobile phone numbers of the people who have asked to receive alerts, and the tank each number is linked to.
Tank alert data. We keep a record of tank level alarm events and the text messages we send about them.

We do not ask for payment card numbers or government ID numbers through this website.

How we use it

To reply to your questions and requests.
To provide the services you ask for, including sending tank level alerts.
To keep records of our work and to run and improve our business.

We do not use your information to send marketing text messages.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use service providers to run parts of our service, such as the company that delivers our text messages and our email and hosting providers. They may process your information only to provide their service to us.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

SMS terms: Q1 Pro tank level alerts

Program. Q1 Pro tank level alerts.
What the messages are. Text messages that tell you a water tank level is low. Each message names the tank that needs attention.
Who receives them. Only people who have asked to receive alerts and whose phone numbers have been added to the alert list for that tank.
How you join. The customer who owns or runs the tank gives us the mobile numbers that should get alerts for that tank when the service is set up, and we add each number to that tank's alert list. If you think your number was added by mistake, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.
How often. We send a message when a tank level alarm happens. The number of messages depends on how often the level alarm is triggered. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the alerts through this program.
Stop. Reply STOP to any alert to stop receiving alerts. You will get one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no more alerts.
Help. Reply HELP to any alert for help, or contact us using the details below.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information. We handle your mobile number as described in this policy. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep information only as long as we need it to provide our services, keep our records, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of storing or sending information is completely secure.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to stop alerts.
Contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will respond as the law requires.
